Beer Delivery Service

This beer delivery service is aimed to improve the purchasing experience of liquor through online. This service has an improved customized delivery system which brings merchandise directly from producers to the consumers. This project aims to vastly improve customer experience, market footprint, supply chain & market analytics.

Current system's sequence 

In current system customer first visits the webpage/site from where they want to order​Once they have landed up to their desire website, they scroll on throw the menu list​

Menu list have different varieties and various brand showing up to customer​

They have a wide variety of products with price list against each product​.

Due to overwhelming of product listings and unclear taste palate information customer usually refrain themselves to make a purchase.

Solution's structure & sequence

The solution scenario provides the customer with a survey form at the beginning to get an insight of the customer's taste palate and requirements and will recommend accordingly which make the purchase much more easier and enjoyable. And the order is sent directly to the producers who dispatch the merchandise for delivery.

Market footprint strategy 

Our roadmap for first year is to capture 1%-3% of the online sale volume through marketing campaigns.​ It is estimated to have an exponential growth of 15% in the following years through online sales. Initially we are planning to create campaigns in states where alcohol consumption is highest. New Hampshire, Delaware, Nevada, North Dakota and Montana tops the list.​​​

Facebook being the most converting platform in existence, we also want to drive traffic to the platform from FB marketing.
